Last & Lane collects information you give us when you contact the shop or leave an item for repair. This may include your name, phone number, email address, repair details and collection information. We use it to assess work, contact you about your repair, arrange collection and respond to enquiries.

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for ordinary website hosting or communications where necessary to operate the business. We take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you. Contact [email protected] with your request. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first; you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
