What we repair
Work made for the wear.
Every repair begins with the pair in front of us. We look at the material, how it has worn and what will help it keep going.
Heels
Heel tips, rubber caps and worn heel blocks are routine work at our bench. We match height and profile where practical, secure loose layers, and check that a pair sits evenly. Early heel repairs are usually simpler, quieter and kinder to the rest of the shoe. Bring in your favourites as soon as you notice the first uneven edge.
Soles
We fit protective half soles, replace worn rubber units and discuss full resoles for shoes with sound uppers and suitable construction. Leather soles may be refreshed with a protective layer for Melbourne streets. We will explain the finish, grip and expected life of each option before you leave the pair with us.
Leather
Scuffs, broken stitching, small tears, worn bag corners and tired straps can often be stabilised with careful leather work. Conditioning is useful when it supports a repair, not as a cover-up. Colour matching can vary with age and use, so we show you the likely result and choose a practical approach together.

Not sure what it needs?
Bring it in for a bench assessment. We are happy to talk through repair options, likely timing and an estimate before any work starts.
