Repair terms.

By leaving an item with Last & Lane, you authorise us to inspect it and provide the agreed repair work. We will discuss an estimate before work begins where practical. Estimates are based on the condition visible at assessment; we will contact you if further work or a material change is needed.

Repair can improve function and appearance, but used leather and footwear can retain marks, colour variation and prior wear. We take reasonable care with every item. Our services are supplied subject to consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, including the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Collection is due once we notify you that work is complete. Please retain your receipt or collection confirmation. If an item is not collected after a reasonable period, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
