Clear timing, no guessing.
We assess each item at drop-off and give you the most accurate collection window we can. Material condition and parts availability can change that estimate, but we will contact you if they do.
At the counter
Bring your shoes or leather item to 412 Brunswick Street during opening hours. Tell us what is bothering you and how the item is used. We check the work, discuss the likely repair, and confirm an estimate before taking it in. A name and phone number keep collection straightforward.
Typical windows
Simple heel tips and small protective sole work are often ready within a few business days. More involved sole replacement, stitching and leather reconstruction may take one to two weeks. Work requiring a special component can take longer. These are guides rather than promises; the actual condition of the item leads the schedule.
Collection
We will let you know when your repair is ready. Please collect during shop hours and keep the receipt or confirmation handy. If you need a particular date considered, mention it when you drop in and we will say honestly whether the bench can accommodate it.
